Minimbah is a 31' 1946 Timber cruiser that was built by the John Wright Ship Building company at Foster Tuncurry in 1946.
Minimbah has recently been fitted with a new Nanni 50hp Diesel engine with only 127 hours on the clock.
Boasting an open layout, Minimbah is 31' LOA and 11' beam with seperate V berth accomodation + a single in the main saloon, in addition there is a nice rear cockpit and lounge making her the perfect and roomy cruiser for entertaining. The main galley includes a Waeco 95lt CFX twin compartment fridge and freezer, a second 35lt draw fridge for additional drinks. Combined with a Broadwater marine gas cooktop and oven with incorporated grille and a new gas hot water service. The main cockpit includes 2x Icom VHF marine radios, a Lawrence 7" chart plotter, Maxwell electric anchor winch and a new helm seat with gas support. Minimbah's 12volt power is stored in a bank of 4x heavy duty batteries and a 120w solar system.
Recent upgrades also include a full electrical re-wire and the installation of a new hydraulic steering system, in addition new a new Vetus wet lock exhaust exhaust from engine to transom.
Minimbah also has a deck pump, TMC electric toilet with holding tank, all original classic brightwork fittings and all required safety items for inland waterway use. Minimbah was last slipped in August 2022. The owners are only selling due to the purchase another larger boat, and have owned Minimbah for 16 years and have extensive documentation on her past life. It's time now for another family to enjoy good times on her.
